Privacy Statement

The Student Accounts Office is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our student population. We realize that many parents are involved in the financial obligations their children incur in college. The account we serve is the student’s confidential information. We will gladly relate this information to the parent; however, we will need the student’s permission to do so.

If students would like for us to discuss their account information with their parents, the student must complete a Permission to Discuss with Third Party Form. This form will allow the staffs of the Financial Aid Office and the Student Accounts to discuss the students' financial information with the person(s) which have been specifically listed and authorized. These completed forms are valid for the current academic year only. If the student would like for the Financial Aid Office and Student Accounts Office staff to speak with these same third parties or others in subsequent academic years, they will need to fill out a new request form each year. This way we can verify that we are complying with the wishes of the student in regards to their confidential information.
