AU Room and Board Rates 2026-2027
Rates are per semester and include utilities. Room types and costs vary per building. Standard rooms are non-A/C rooms, sharing a community bathroom.
Accepted Students: Secure your spot in one of our residence halls by completing a housing contract.

Meal Plans
The Hungry Spartan 21 (21 meals/wk with 80 points/semester and 8 guest passes): $3,215 per semester
Taste of AU 15 (15 meals/wk with 100 points/semester and 6 guest passes): $3,000 per semester
Weekly Bite 10 (10 meals/wk with 100 points/semester and 4 guest passes): $2,330 per semester
Blu Block 125 (125 meals/semester with 200 points/semester and 4 guest passes): $2,250 per semester
