Identity Verification

If this item is requested on your account, the government has selected you to provide an unexpired valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, other state-issued ID, or a passport (must be original).

This must be completed in person in the Office of Financial Aid. You can schedule an appointment here.
