Packages Received by Students
A notice will be sent to your AU student email address the day the package is received in the Mail Center. Student ID and signature are required to receive packages. Package pickup hours are between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday.
Business Mail/Packages/Mailing Services
All deliveries are made at the Mail Center located at 1501 Southlawn Place, Aurora, Illinois 60506. All deliveries are accepted between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday.
Outgoing Mail
All outgoing mail must be received in the Mail Center by 1:30 p.m. for dispatch on the same day.
