File the FAFSA
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible for maximum consideration of federal, state, and institutional aid. Use AU School Code: 001634

Complete Your Free Application Online
Prospective students benefit from a rolling admission policy. AU reviews applications as they are completed and students are notified about admission decisions throughout the admission cycle.

Submit Your Missing Documents
Send your official high school transcripts and record of all previous college work to the Office of Admission. Official transcripts should be sent to:

If possible, your high school or college can email your official, encrypted transcripts to AU-ETranscripts@aurora.edu.

If you plan to live in one of our residence halls, complete a housing contract.

Finish Your Financial Aid Paperwork
You will automatically be considered for merit and need-based scholarships once your application for admission and FAFSA have been submitted.

AU4U Embark is for admitted first-year students and their families. Not only will you register for classes, you will receive information and take part in activities designed to make you feel confident as you start your first semester at AU.

Join your new AU classmates for a weekend of fun prior to the first day of school. Meet the freshman class and your peer advisor, learn about the AU campus and enjoy free activities.
