A college education is not confined to what you learn in the classroom.  Getting to know more about yourself and how to keep healthy is an important part of your college experience.

"One Thing" Program

The "One Thing" program is designed to help members of our community move towards a healthier lifestyle "one thing" at a time.  Oftentimes initiating healthy behaviors like eating healthy or exercising more can be very challenging and intimidating, but by focusing on just one small thing you can do today to help reach your goals, you may find that leading a healthy lifestyle might be easier than you think.  Check out our weekly "One Thing" suggestions to learn how you can move towards a healthy lifestyle one step at a time. 

Words on Wellness Newsletter
Words of Wellness, abbreviated as "WOW" is a monthly newsletter created by the student workers of the Wellness Center for AU students. The monthly newsletter focuses on a variety of health topics specific to the interests and needs of college students. The newsletter also highlights the various Wellness Center services and activities available to all AU students.
