 Classes are open to all current AU students, faculty and staff on a first-come, first-serve basis. 
Class size is limited. No sign up required, just show up!

Yoga

High intensity cardio/strength class.  Class will be a mixture of kickboxing, step aerobics, stability ball, and use of light hand weights.  

The "Wellness Works" program, offered by the Wellness Center, is a program designed to encourage students, as well as faculty and staff, to get moving, eat healthy, and manage stress.  Throughout the semester, there will be various events and workshops you can attend to learn how to incorporate these principles into your busy life.
