Requesting a Speaker

To request a speaker, call the Office of University Communications at 630-844-5481 or complete this online form. The Office of University Communications is responsible for coordinating speakers bureau requests, and a staff member will contact you if additional information is needed and to confirm speakers.

Please submit your request at least four weeks prior to the date of your event. We will need the following information:

  • Your name, address, daytime telephone number, and e-mail address (if available)
  • Name of your organization
  • Date and time of the meeting
  • Type of meeting (regular, lunch, dinner)
  • Address of the meeting location
  • Name of the speaker and topic requested
  • Amount of time allocated to the speaker, including question and answer session
  • Estimated size of audience
