AU Announces Live Game Stats on the Web

AURORA, Ill. December 19, 2007 - For the first time, Aurora University Spartan home athletic contests will be available to Spartan fans unable to attend home contests. As the contest is played, live game stats will be posted on the AU Web site.

Beginning with the AU men’s basketball game this evening, Wednesday, December 19, 2007 against Clarke College in Thornton Gymnasium, home athletic contests will be available to Spartan fans at http://www.aurora.edu/athletics/bball-m/index.htm for men’s basketball contests and http://www.aurora.edu/athletics/bball-w/index.htm for women’s basketball contests.

This allows you to follow real-time official game stats and play-by-play action live on the Internet when you’re unable to follow the Spartans in person. After you connect your computer to the AU Web site using the links provided above, updates to the game are automatically posted after each play.

Tonight’s men’s basketball contest is set for 7:00 p.m. in Thornton Gymnasium.
