Spartan Named NAC Women’s Track and Field Student-Athlete of the Week

AURORA, Ill. April 20, 2007 - Aurora University women’s track and field thrower, junior Sarah Brennan (Geneva, IL/Geneva H.S.), was named Northern Athletics Conference Women’s Track and Field Student-Athlete of the Week for the second consecutive week.

Brennan came through with the first-place finish in the hammer throw at the Wheaton College Invitational with a throw of 43.28m.

Next action for the Spartan women's track and field team comes on Saturday, April 21, 2007, when they travel to the Benedictine University Invitational. Meet time is set for 10:00 a.m. in Lisle, IL.
