Psychology Internship Program for Undergraduates

The Psychology Internship is a time-limited experiential learning opportunity where students can learn more about the practice of psychology under the supervision of an Aurora University Faculty Sponsor and Site Supervisor. The internship program can be taken during any term during the student's junior or senior year.

Students can participate in the internship program in a variety of capacities.

  • Students may observe a professional psychologist in an agency, institution, or business environment. This can include some indirect work related to service provision.
  • Students may assist with a psychology department research project or with one at an internship setting.
  • Students may serve as a teaching assistant to a faculty member of the Aurora University psychology department.
