Job Opportunities in Adventure Education

The Outdoor Wisconsin Leadership Synergies (OWLS) program is staffed with a combination of George Williams College (GWC) Graduate Assistants, seasonal instructors and interns.  Graduate Assistantship positions are available to students enrolled in the GWC School of Experiential Leadership graduate program and begin in mid-August and early January of each year.  Seasonal staff positions are available from mid-August through mid-November of each year and internship positions are available on a rotating basis.  All positions offer thorough and comprehensive training and supervised work experiences in the dynamic field of adventure learning.

About OWLS
OWLS custom designs team-building, professional development, personal growth and leadership programs for adolescents, college students, and adult groups on 240 acres of forested hillsides and Lake Geneva shoreline in southeastern Wisconsin.  Our programming curriculum is based upon a progression of group initiatives that develop interpersonal bonding, trust and problem solving skills, low ropes course elements and team and individual climbing experiences on our high ropes courses or rock climbing tower.
