The Outdoor Wisconsin Leadership Synergies (OWLS) program is housed within the School of Experiential Leadership at George Williams College of Aurora University in Williams Bay, WI.  With 20 years of experience and more than 3,000 participants per year, OWLS is one of the leading providers of challenge course adventure education experiences in the Midwest.  Offering custom designed experiences; participants come to OWLS as a means of achieving personal and team growth in areas such as leadership, goal setting, communication, conflict resolution, creativity, trust-building, and problem solving.

OWLS Statement of Purpose
Our purpose is to enable individuals and organizations to grow through experiences that foster insight and skill development.  We encourage the application of these experiences to promote healthier, more fulfilling and productive communities.
