RN to BSN Completion Track:
NLN/PNE

NLN Mobility Examination:
For students not meeting the requirement for PNE, the NLN exams are available to take for a maximum of thirty (30) SH of credit.  The NLN consists of 3 exams specific to Maternal-Child Nursing, Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing, and Adult Nursing.  Credit may be awarded upon receipt of a satisfactory score of 45 in each of the nursing examinations.

PNE - Prior Nursing Education:
For students who graduated from an IDPR approved associate degree program, thirty (30) SH of prior nursing education will be accepted in transfer as block credit as part of the transfer evaluation process.  This is in agreement with the IAI articulation process and will be used in lieu of requiring the NLN Mobility Profile II exams.  The block credit will be listed on the transfer portion of the student's transcript as "Prior Nursing Education."
