WILLIAMS BAY, Wis. - George Williams College of Aurora University will present the second in a series of three Saturday afternoon Career Management Workshops, free of charge and open to the public. All workshops are held in the Beasley Campus Center Executive Dining Room, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., on the campus located at 350 Constance Blvd. in Williams Bay.

Each of the workshops include faculty presentations as well as a panel comprised of business people with MBA degrees, alumni and local community leaders discussing the various topics of the day. The second workshop, "Negotiating Tools for Your Career," to be held Saturday, Jan. 26 will help you set your career objectives and learn to negotiate a new job or promotion and a better salary.  The workshop will cover how to prepare, strategize and practice for negotiating. It will also teach you how to handle difficult business conversations dealing with issues like downsizing or firing.

The third and last workshop, "Balancing Work and Home," will be held on Saturday, March 22 and will discuss how to make your work more fulfilling and create a better lifestyle. The workshop will include recent studies done by GWC MBA students on job fulfillment and life balance, information on some of the business world's best working methods and a list of companies that are the top rated places to work.
