‘8 Keys To Strategic Success’: Aurora University Workshop March 26

AURORA, Ill.—“Eight Keys to Strategic Success," a free business workshop, will be presented at Aurora University’s Human Resources Institute from 8 to 9 a.m. on Wednesday, March 26, in the University Banquet Hall at Alumni Hall, 1410 Marseillaise Place in Aurora.  

The public is invited. Networking and refreshments are at 7:30 a.m.

The speaker is Dennis Kripp, owner of Transition Dynamics, Inc., of Naperville. He will discuss leading change in today’s business environment.

Kripp said, “Seventy percent of strategies are not successfully executed. Without the right actions, the best strategic plans are useless. This presentation will explore eight keys to strategic success.”

Kripp is a change-leadership consultant, AU visiting assistant professor business, and a researcher. Before starting his firm, he was a marketing executive for a Fortune 50 corporation where his specialty was leading and deploying strategic change.
