Aurora University to host financial aid seminar Dec. 4

AURORA, Ill.-- Aurora University will host “Financial Basics,” a free program on college financial aid, at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4.

The program is free to the public in the University Banquet Hall in Alumni Hall, 1410 Marseillaise Place in Aurora. The AU financial aid office will host the event.

Financial aid counselors will discuss how to estimate college costs, aid eligibility factors, and scholarship search services.

Tips for filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid form and information on grants, loans, and work-study programs will also be provided.

Reservations are requested by Dec. 3.
