Two Top Employers: Aurora University workshop Oct. 31

AURORA, Ill, October 12, 2007—"Meet Two of the Most Admired Companies to Work For" will be presented at Aurora University's Human Resources Institute from 8 to 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 31, in the University Banquet Hall at Alumni Hall, 1410 Marseillaise Place in Aurora.

The public is invited. Admission is free. Networking and refreshments are at 7:30 a.m.

Delnor Community Hospital in Geneva and Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights will be profiled.

Delnor presenters are Ann Scharm, director of organizational development and Nancy Gilbert, benefits specialist. Northwest Community presenters are Mark Lusson, human resources vice president, and Barbara Walsh, human resources director.

In June, Delnor was among 10 companies recognized as Best Places to Work in Illinois by the Best Companies Group of Harrisburg, Pa. Delnor placed fourth, the top-ranked healthcare honoree in the top 10.

Northwest Community Hospital was named to Fortune Magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work For in the Country in 2006 and 2007.
