Aurora University To Host Criminal Justice Information Fair Oct. 18

AURORA, Ill, October 8, 2007Aurora University will host a first-ever criminal justice information fair from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 18, in the University Banquet Hall in Alumni Hall at 1410 Marseillaise Place in Aurora.

AU students, alumni, and prospective new or transfer students are invited to learn about AU educational programs in criminal justice from faculty and admissions representatives.

Additionally, representatives of area agencies employing criminal justice graduates will provide information on career opportunities.

Co-sponsors are AU's Center for Adult and Graduate Studies, Department of Criminal Justice and the Career Services office.

Prospective students will be able to discuss career opportunities in criminal justice with representatives of local agencies. Included are the Aurora Police Department, Kane County Coroner, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Postal Inspector.
