Using HR Assessment Tools: University workshop Aug. 29

2007— “Using Survey Instruments to Select and Retain the Best Person for the Job” is the topic of Aurora University’s Human Resources Institute from 8 to 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 29, at the University Banquet Hall at Alumni Hall, 1410 Marseillaise Place in Aurora.
The public is invited. Admission is free. Networking and refreshments are at 7:30 a.m.
Paul Chadwick, founder of Norwell, Mass.-based Organization Analysis and Design (OAD), LLC, will discuss how to use assessment tools, why an organization should consider assessment tools and applications of assessment tools.
Chadwick launched OAD in 2004, after a successful 27-year career in sales and executive sales management. His specialty is helping organizations achieve their strategic goals and objectives by aligning the organization’s structure, reward systems, and management styles to optimally leverage their human capital.
