Aurora University earns national listing for sales programs

AURORA, Ill. September 27, 2006 - Sales training programs at Aurora University’s Dunham School of Business were listed in the September edition of Selling Power magazine.

An article, “The Ivy Walls Are Calling Sales,” reported how top business schools are offering professional sales courses and programs.

Selling Power is published by Personal Selling Power Inc. of Fredericksburg, Va.

Shawn Green, Aurora University marketing professor and Vernon Haase Professor of Business, said, “This is a tremendous recognition for the sales programs at Aurora University. The article speaks to the point that the most well known schools in the country are now realizing that sales is a true profession that is worthy of its own area of study.

AU undergraduate professional selling programs include an evening bachelor’s degree program in professional selling and sales management and a certificate in professional selling and sales management.

Graduate programs include an MBA with a concentration in strategic sales and sales management and a strategic sales and sales management certificate.
