Brown Named Aurora University Internship Advisor

AURORA, Ill. — Carlton C. Brown of Aurora has been named Aurora University’s first career and internship advisor.
Brown, part of AU’s Crouse Center for Student Success, assists with developing internships with local organizations and placing AU students in internships.
Brown holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio, and a master’s in college-student personnel from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Prior to AU, he worked as a graduate assistant in the Office of Ethics and Student Conflict Resolution at Miami University. While enrolled in the master’s program, he also worked in the school’s graduate school and the Office of Institutional Relations.
Prior to enrolling at Miami, he worked with diverse populations in business, education and criminal justice.
