Reserved Seating
All seats in the Ferro Pavilion (Dress Circle, Orchestra and Rear Orchestra) are reserved and under cover. Outdoor Terrace and Lawn seating is general admission, and seats are provided in all areas except the lawn.

Lawn Seats
Lawn ticket holders are invited to bring chairs and blankets and sit within the designated area. All lawn seating provides a quality audio experience. However, only limited areas provide a line of sight to the stage. Picnics and beverages, including beer and wine, are permitted in the lawn areas.

Unused Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to use your tickets, we encourage you to donate them back to Music by the Lake. If we resell your tickets, you will receive a receipt for a tax deduction, as allowed by law.

Purchasing Tickets at the Performance
The Ticket Booth is located near the main entrance of the Pavilion. It will open one and a half hours prior to each performance. We anticipate lawn seats will be available for purchase prior to each performance.

Receiving Your Tickets
Tickets purchased on or after Wednesday the week of each performance will not be mailed but will be available for pick up in the Ticket Office on Thursday or Friday or at the Ticket Booth the evening of the performance. All other tickets will be mailed.
