Picnic Areas
Picnic food and drinks are permitted in the designated lawn area only. Personal sized coolers containing soda and water are permitted in the Terrace section. They will not be permitted in the areas of the Dress Circle, Orchestra, Rear Orchestra or outside the designated Terrace and lawn areas.

Refreshments
The College Inn on campus will be open before and during the performances. Sandwiches, soda, water, snacks, and ice cream are available for purchase. A concession stand selling beverages and special treats is located near the Pavilion. We do not sell alcoholic beverages.

After the performance, you may join us in the Beasley Campus Center Executive Dining Room and The Bistro where beer and wine will be available for purchase.

Alcohol Policy
It is the policy of Aurora University that those consuming alcohol on campus will adhere to all state and local laws. It is considered a privilege and will be done in moderation and consumed only in designated areas. No beer kegs are allowed at any Music by the Lake performance. Obvious intoxication and/or disruptive behavior are cause for removal from campus.
