The Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program at Aurora University is designed for the working professional. The Dunham School of Business utilizes an eight-week class format that allows a student (meeting all the prerequisite requirements) taking just one class per term, to complete the program in approximately two years. It is also possible to take more than one course per term further advancing the time to degree completion.

An M.B.A. is an extremely practical and adaptable degree. It provides the student with an opportunity to either concentrate on a specific area such as accounting, human resources or technology and operations management, or broaden their current scope of experience by using the general M.B.A. option. The Master of Business Administration program is also an effective way to bring a managerial perspective to professionals from non-business disciplines.
