Voicemail Application Form

All students in the AU residence halls are eligible for a voice mail account. To submit your request for voicemail service, please fill out and submit the form below.

NOTE: Only one voice mailbox per phone number is allowed. The mailbox must be shared by ALL users of the phone line.

Setup Options. I would like to order voicemail set up as follows (check one or both options - option 1 is the default):

1. Voicemail answers if phone is not in use and no one answers.
2. Voicemail answers if phone is in use.

TERMS OF SERVICE: There is a one-time activation charge of $10.00 per mailbox per academic year. There is no monthly fee. DO NOT PAY AURORA UNIVERSITY. You will be billed by Resicom. All Resicom payment terms and conditions shall apply as outlined in Resicom's Campus Telephone Service Manual and posted on the internet at www.resicomcorp.com. The fee is not prorated and there are no refunds once service has been activated. Voicemail will stay active during breaks and will be cancelled at the end of the Spring Semester. (If you are staying for the summer months or changing rooms for any reason, you should fill out another of these forms to move your service. If you stay on campus over the summer, there is no additional charge for that period. However, you must reapply for voicemail for the next Fall Semester .
