Documentation and Help

ITS offers a range of resources to help you solve problems and get help when you need it. Follow the links on the left for details on specific problems. For an overview of ITS help services, see Getting Help from ITS.

General technical assistance: For most non-emergency requests for technical help, it's best to put it in writing. Send an email message with a detailed description of the problem to itshelp@aurora.edu. Make sure you give your message an informative subject line so that we can handle your request efficiently: "Can't log into email" is much better than "Help needed." Your request will be routed to our ticket tracking system, where it will be accessible by the correct ITS support staff. Hardware and software purchase requests can be submitted using the online technology request form (all purchases are subject to approval by a budget manager).

Emergency help: If you problem is a crisis or if you are unable to use your computer to send a request for help, please call one of the numbers listed below. If we cannot answer your question immediately we'll try to put you in touch with someone who can.
