Welcome to the Institute for Collaboration at Aurora University. Our mission is to unite powerful resources in the fields of education, health and human services, business and government and to study and facilitate the development of collaborative leadership.

We support a number of programs to illustrate the effects of collaboration within our community and university. We also support collaborative leadership research and will provide consulting services on issues of of collaborative leadership in other communities.

We believe, that while collaborations will enhance the well-being and academic acheivement of students in our community, they will also provide AU students with rich opportunities for learning, practing their future professions and for modeling their values and beliefs.
