AU's Human Resource Office
provides support and resources in many areas for employees of
the university and their families. We work closely with
administration to strengthen the university's people assets to
help our employees function at their fullest. HR coordinates
health, life and dental insurance benefits, as well as the hiring
and search processes for new employees. Training is offered to
individuals and groups throughout the year on topics such as
benefits, preventing harassment, and policy issues. Payroll is
also one of the functions of HR.
