Meeting Rooms

George Williams College offers meeting space that can accommodate up to 300 total guests, including:
Winston Paul Educational Center with five meeting rooms — Carrie Ann is a unique meeting space with high-beamed ceilings and a spectacular view of the lake, offering the perfect meeting space for groups up to 110. Winston Paul rooms B and C are smaller, charming rooms that accommodate groups up to 35. Additional classrooms may also be available for meeting space.
Emery Lodge with three meeting rooms — Emery A is an intimate, warm environment, complete with fireplace and views of the lake for groups up to 50. Emery B and C each provide functional space for groups up to 35.
Mabel Cratty Hall — This historic building, designed in the prairie style with charming views of the lake, offers a wrap-around porch, stone fireplace and vaulted beamed ceilings, and accommodates groups up to 100.
Lower Association — Here you will find a charming reception room for groups up to 30 with a fireplace and wet bar.
The Board Room — This intimate room right off the scenic Steinhouse Circle provides a perfect small meeting space with seating for 12.
Upper and Lower Lewis Hall — This gracious and historical building provides multi-function rooms for groups up to 350.
Ferro Pavilion — Home to Music by the Lake, this outdoor Pavilion features covered lakeside seating for up to 650.
Seabury — This multifunctional, wood-paneled room provides a great airy space for group activities, accommodates groups up to 200 and is located in the Beasley Campus Center.
The Bistro Lounge and Executive Dining Room — The perfect gathering space with connecting rooms and fireplace that can be utilized separately or together. Each accommodates between 35 and 40 guests. The Bistro features a granite bar serving beer and wine, fieldstone fireplace and comfortable furnishings that provide an intimate setting for a reception or casual get-together. The Executive Dining Room is for intimate receptions or dinners. Both rooms offer beautiful French doors opening onto the lovely Chapin Patio that overlooks the lake and wooded grounds for outdoor entertaining or meetings. Located in the Beasley Campus Center.
