At The Conference Center, we believe that food is more than a quick bite or an attempt to merely quell one's hunger. Whether it's a buffet lunch on the patio or dinner in our Executive Dining Room, we take the same care and pride in the quality, presentation and service provided.

We offer a variety of menu choices with a full complement of options to accommodate vegetarian diets, low-fat diets and special requests with advance notice. Special care is given to meet the needs all our guests. A lighter menu is available through our casual catering service and can be delivered to the meeting rooms.

The beautiful Beasley Campus Center provides dining services as well as outdoor gathering space, and banquet and reception areas. It contains a state-of-the-art kitchen and dining facilities to accommodate executive and event dining options. We offer a complete range of catering services.
