Private Bath Accommodations

Motel-type rooms. Rates are per room, per day based on double occupancy. Meals and meeting rooms are priced separately

Shared Bath Accommodations

Dormitory-type rooms with bunk beds. Room rate is per person. Meals are per person. Meeting rooms are priced separately.

Meals and Meeting Spaces
Rates include all meals, a meeting space, coordinating services, meeting room services, and almost complete use of the facilities. Generous amounts of food are served buffet style. Vegetarian and special diet request can be accommodated. Upgraded meal and snack service is now available through our food service.

Check-in/Check-out
Housing check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Room check-out for conference groups is 11:00 a.m. If a group requests a later check-out time, we will do our best to accommodate the request. During busy times it may not be possible to change the check-out time. Meeting rooms will be available until the contracted departure time from campus.

Cancellations
The conference may cancel this contract thirty (30) days prior to arrival with a 50% forfeiture of deposit. A cancellation made less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival results in full forfeiture of deposit. Please report the guaranteed numbers on the declaration of attendance form to avoid financial penalties. Decreasing the number of rooms after the Guaranteed Date will result in a penalty of $100.00 per night per room released.

Other Information
There are nominal charges for audio/visual equipment, snacks and optional camper's insurance. Sales tax is charged for non-exempt groups.

Commuter Fees
Adult participants not staying on campus will be charged a $10 day fee, plus the charge for any meal they may eat.

Recreational activities are available at George Williams College. Check with our recreation department to found out which activities require additional charges at 262-245-8536.
