Conference Center Food Service

We take great pride in our food. Since our guests are away from the comforts of their own homes, we know how welcoming a good meal can be, so we bake our own muffins and breads and cook from scratch. We make it easy for vegetarians or people with restricted diets to eat healthy when they are our guests. Our meals are served buffet-style, so portion size in not an issue. You make the choices from our salad bar to our entree line to our dessert selections.

Our soups are home-made, thick and packed full of veggies. Our produce and meats are high quality. We always offer quality and selection.

We now offer a new convenience for our guests, an easier way to order snack service. Whether you want a simple evening snack for a youth group or a fancier setup for a professional group, we can meet your needs. If there is something you would like but you do not see it on the menu, just ask. We can usually fill special requests.

For your convenience, we offer a wide variety of snacks. For the safety of our guests, we request that no food be brought on to campus.  If at any time you have questions or problems, please let us know. We will always make certain you are satisfied.

We request a ten (10) day advance request for your snack orders.

Delivery times for snacks begin at 7 a.m. Snacks will be delivered to your meeting rooms at the requested times as late as 9:30 p.m.

There is a minimum order of $4 for delivery and prices include plates, napkins, utensils, and condiments.

For health reasons, only individually wrapped food items and unopened beverage containers will remain in meeting rooms overnight. Other foods will be returned to the Food Service.
