Financial Aid

At GWC, we’re committed to helping students obtain a transformative, affordable education. We offer generous financial aid packages and will help you secure federal and state funding as well. More than 95 percent of our students currently receive financial aid.
Get started
- Tuition: View our current tuition rates for undergraduate, degree-completion and graduate programs.
- Need-based aid: To be considered for federal, state and GWC need-based grants, loans and student employment programs, you must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). We encourage you to submit your FAFSA as soon as possible after January 1.
- Academic scholarships: When you apply for admission, you will be considered automatically for merit scholarships. We will notify you of your scholarship package with your acceptance information.
- Calculate your net cost: Use the online tool on Aurora University's website to estimate the total cost of your GWC experience, including tuition, fees, supplies, insurance, scholarships and financial aid.
Our Office of Financial Aid is prepared to answer all of your questions and guide you through the steps to apply for financial aid. For more information, contact us at 262-245-8564 or GWCadmission@aurora.edu, or stop by the Hamlin Welcome Center.
