Individual Services:
Our individual services are designed to be short-term. Often a few individual meetings can help you better identify, understand, and resolve the barriers that may be interfering with your sense of personal well being and/or academic success. These confidential services are for AU students in both undergraduate and graduate programs.

If you’re not sure you want to come over to the office right away or you want to bounce the situation off someone else, call for a 10-15 minute phone consultation. Call 630-844-5416 or on campus, 5416. You can obtain names and locations of community agencies or private practitioners from Counseling Services as well.
