Graduation Checklist and Forms
Graduation Checklist
- Submit your application for graduation, regalia order form and the appropriate fee to the Office of the Registrar
- Pick up your regalia on April 20 or 21 in the atrium of the Institute for Collaboration
- Seniors attend commencement rehearsal on Friday, May 7 on the Quad
- Attend Commencement on Sunday, May 9 on the Quad
- Return your academic regalia to Thornton Gymnasium after the ceremony
Graduation Forms
There are three separate applications for graduation, so please make certain you select the correct application to download and print:
Graduation application forms:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduation Application (.pdf)
- Master's Degree Graduation Application (.pdf)
- Doctoral Degree Graduation Application (.pdf)
Graduation regalia order forms:
- Bachelor's degree candidates (.pdf)
- Master's degree candidates (.pdf)
- Doctoral degree candidates (.pdf)
The filing deadlines are:
- Feb. 1 for the standard fee.
- After Feb. 1, an additional $15 late fee will be added.
- Regalia orders will not be accepted after Feb. 15.
- After March 1, applications for graduation will not be accepted.

Participating prospective graduates should mail the application for graduation and regalia order form, along with the graduation fee payable to Aurora University, to:

If you do not plan to participate in the commencement ceremony, you must still submit the Application for Graduation and appropriate fee by the deadlines indicated above. This information is required in order for your name to be placed on the graduation lists that are approved by the faculty and Board of Trustees this spring.
Potential undergraduate degree candidates: If you have not yet received a degree check, please contact the Crouse Center at 630-844-6870.
Failure to submit the graduation application and fee by the above deadline will move your graduation date to December 2010.
