Peggy Hernandez Prerequisites: Consent of instructor. Meets General Education Knowing Ourselves and Others Group B requirement. Location: Costa Rica Course Dates/Times: Trip dates are May 12-19, 2008. Class meetings will be held before the trip on campus May 6, 7, 8, 22 from 9:00am to 12:00pm, Stephens Hall, Room 112 and 113. Additional class meetings will be held following our return from Costa Rica. Trip costs: $1650 includes airfare, double-occupancy accommodations, and transportation in Costa Rica. Enrollment limited to 15 students. Participants must bring a valid passport and provide proof of all necessary inoculations to instructor by March 1, 2008. A $500 non-refundable trip deposit is due at the time of registration. Trip registration and deposit must be submitted by December 1, 2007 for travel confirmation. The $1150 balance covering trip expenses is due February 1, 2008 and is not refundable after this date.

Course Dates/Times: Class meets May 5-24, 2008. Class meetings will be held on the AU Campus the week of May 5, 6, 7 from 9:00am to 4:00pm; trip dates May 8-20, 2008. On-campus class meetings will be held in Eckhart Hall, room 422. Trip costs: $2500 includes airfare, transportation between airport and hotel, double occupancy accommodations in Greece, transportation for day trips, museum and cultural event fees. Enrollment is limited to 15 participants. Participants must bring a valid passport, student visa and provide proof of all necessary inoculations to instructor by March 1, 2008. Prerequisite: Consent of instructor. Open to juniors and seniors who have a GPA of 2.7 or above. Students should have at least some knowledge of Spanish. Cross-listed with SBS3880-01-MT and SPN3880-02-MT. May meet a General Education Knowing Ourselves and Others Group A or B requirement. Location: Barcelona, Spain Course Dates/Times: Class meets May 31 to June 15, 2008. Class meetings to be determined by the faculty. Trip costs: $3100 includes airfare, double occupancy accommodations, transportation on the ground, entrance fees to museums and places of interest, guides and other expenses. Enrollment limited to 16 students between SPN3880, SBS3880 and IDS3880. Participants must bring a valid passport and provide proof of all necessary inoculations to instructor by March 1, 2008. A $500 non-refundable trip deposit is due at the time of registration. Trip registration and deposit must be submitted by December 1, 2007 for travel confirmation. The $2600 balance covering trip expenses is due February 1, 2008 and is not refundable after this date.
