Affordable Care Act Tables
(Arts and Culture)

Are you currently without health insurance?
Did one of your parents recently lose their job or health insurance?
Do you need help in understanding how the Affordable Care Act impacts you?

If so, mark the following dates on your calendar:
Monday, November 18th from 10:30am-1pm (Dunham Atrium, Spartan Spot & Cafeteria entrance), or
Tuesday, November 19th from 4:30pm-7:30pm (Alumni Hall- Gym Lobby)

Drop-in to learn how the Affordable Care Act can benefit you (and your family)!

On the dates, times, and locations listed above Certified Navigators from the Visiting Nurse Association of Fox Valley (VNA) will be on-campus staffing information tables to help answer any questions you may have regarding Medicaid, public health insurance, and other benefits. These Certified Navigators can specifically help:

-determine if you might be eligible to participate in the newly expanded Illinois Medicaid Program

-sign-up for public health insurance through the Illinois Marketplace

-provide information on food stamp program, tax credits to help pay for health insurance, and child care assistance programs.

Do not let this opportunity pass you by! This event is open to all! If you have a question they can provide an answer or resource!

You can also speak with a Certified Navigator by phone (630-978-2532) if you are unable to visit one of the informational tables.
