Welcome from the Director of the Dunham School of Business

Hello and thank you for visiting our Web site. I am very happy to welcome you to Aurora University and to the Dunham School of Business. We have a business school, both undergraduate and graduate, that is among the best you will find – whether you judge it by what is offered (our extensive programs), how it is offered (our relevant methodologies), by whom it is offered (our outstanding faculty) or when it is offered (our flexible schedules).

In other words, we are in the learning business such that it makes a difference in your life as well as in the lives of those you touch. There are few fields of endeavor that can more specifically speak to that commitment than the field of business.

It is my pleasure to invite you to become a part of a highly dynamic business learning setting focused on quality, excellence and performance. Everything that we offer has been carefully judged to make certain that it meets the dynamic gold standard of value and application. As a teaching institution (as opposed to a research institution), we are dedicated to developing professionals who can both excel at what they do and reach ambitious destinations.

We offer undergraduate majors and minors in a wide variety of business areas as well as six MBA degrees. Our focus is on helping you prepare to be a successful business professional and lifelong learner. Our experienced business faculty is with you for each step in your learning experience. In effect, we help business students develop sound decision-making skills, think critically about business problems, and apply these to real situations.
