Continuing your connections to the AU community provides you with the opportunity to stay in touch with your professors, share employment insights, and assist in the transitional learning of current students. As Dunham Scholar alumni, we are charged to maintain the legacy of John Dunham through our service, principles, and dedication; this network is meant to keep those values alive.

In 2006, a group of Dunham Scholar alumni met to form the Dunham Scholar Alumni Network, outlining goals of the community service, professional networking, and mentoring current Dunham Scholars. As a member of this group, I have had the opportunity to reconnect with fellow classmates and observe their professional development. The collective hope is to keep John Dunham's dream thriving through the continuation and enhancement of the Dunham Scholars program. For the gifts we have all received, I believe a bit of time and effort is the least we can give back.
