Professional Experience:
Human Resources Generalist for 27 years with various industries in plumbing fixture manufacturing, plastic dairy and drink containers, and coffee manufacturing, distribution, and marketing. Former Vice President, Human Resources of a Fortune 100 Company.

Educational Background:
Currently conducting my Ph.D. research on organizational self-assessment, multi-dimensional approach to assess on organization’s need, readiness, and risks for a planned change. Estimated completion date of research — February 2005, graduation May 2005. Presented my research at the Qualitative Analysis Conference in Minneapolis in June 2003, Pro-Change International Conference in Chicago , June 2004, where I received recognition as the best research project, and the International Conference on Management Consulting in Lausanne , Switzerland , June 2004.

Certified as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Meyers-Briggs Assessment, DDI trainer, Highland Ability Profiler, and Retirement Options.

Active member in the International Society for Performance Improvement, American Society of Training & Development, Four local SHRM chapters, World at Work, the Organizational Development Institute, and Pro-Change International.

Working towards my certification as a professional business coach.

Married, with three children, and a resident in Gurnee, IL. for 20 years.
