I have been teaching at Aurora University for the last ten years and counting. I have also taught at Northern Illinois University and NC A&T State University. My doctorate is in Economics from NIU. I teach the challenging but fun business classes like economics, business statistics, and finance.

My teaching philosophy is a combination of business application and theory. Written and oral projects are among the many instruments that we use as assessment tools. I use Blackboard extensively in all of my courses to assist you in your planning and studying.

I am also the faculty advisor for Delta Mu Delta and one of the Dunham Scholar professors. Delta Mu Delta is our business honor society. The Dunham Scholars program is a full-time scholarship available to juniors with strong academic standing and community involvement.

I am currently an arbitrator in securities disputes for NASD Regulation Office of Dispute in Chicago. I also serve as consultant and expert witness on compensation disability cases.

I enjoy listening to music, especially Rock and Roll and look forward to summer concerts. Attending estates auctions are also a great pastime, hoping to find the next Rembrandt…
