 Dr. Denise Hatcher Aurora University Cheer and Dance Squad Coach Hatcher began dance classes at a young age and then transitioned to the world of gymnastics where she has spent the last two decades competing and coaching. She has been involved with the Sokol Organization, as well as high school and private club programs. In college, she spent time as a synchronized swimmer, an experience she fondly remembers. Most recently, Coach Hatcher completed her doctorate in adult and higher education at Northern Illinois University. To celebrate, she trained for and ran in the 2003 Chicago Marathon. She lives in Aurora with her husband and two daughters and enjoys serving as the head coach of the Spartan Cheerleading and Dance Team. Coach Hatcher can be contacted at dhatcher@aurora.edu. |
