• Make a deposit for the trip (for yourself and/or others)
  Cost of the trip deposit is $600 per person. Deposits are due by Wednesday, October 15, 2008

• Pay my remaining balance for the trip. Please note, a separate form must be completed for each balance being paid.
  • I signed up for a Single Occupancy Room: Balance after the deposit is $3,722 per person
  • I signed up for a Double Occupancy Room: Balance after the deposit is $3,442 per person

• Pay for the trip in full. Please note, a separate form must be completed for each type of room.
  • Sign me up for a Single Occupancy Room: Cost of the trip for a single occupancy room is $4,322 per person
  • Sign me up for a Double Occupancy Room: Cost of the trip for a double occupancy room is $4,042 per person
