AU/GWC Alumni Awards Nomination Form

Please nominate deserving alumni of Aurora College/Aurora University and George Williams College for the following awards:

Distinguished Alumni Award
Honors alums who graduated more than 15 years ago. Priority given to members of reunion classes.

Recent Alumni Award
Presented to alums within 15 years of graduation who demonstrate outstanding potential for success.

Roger K. Parolini Lifetime Achievement
Presented to individuals who exemplify the motto of Award Character and Scholarship and whose service to AU is outstanding.

Spirit Award
Recognizes individuals who have rendered exemplary service and loyalty to the Alumni Association and its constituents.

Athletic Hall of Fame
Honors former athletes, coaches and friends. Recipients must have participated in at least two seasons and have graduated from AU or GWC. Eligible for consideration five years after graduation.

Athletic Lifetime Achievement Award
Presented to administrators, coaches, alumni and friends of AU/GWC athletics.
