Canella (Connie) Henrichs worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the United States Attorney’s office in Chicago for approximately 30 years in various sections including criminal, civil, financial litigation and civil rights. She conducted numerous criminal prosecutions involving drug trafficking, money laundering, fraud, robbery etc. She was lead attorney in the Jesus Herrera case involving wire interceptions in several states resulting in indictment and arrest of over 100 individuals and ultimately their convictions. Besides teaching, she currently works as an arbitrator and hearing officer.
