Honors Program — Service


As members of the Honors Program, students will be encouraged to give back to the local community the form of community service. Community service provides a variety of unique benefits to the students, the community and the organizations where students volunteer. To engage students early in the values of community service and citizenship, students enrolled in HON 1600 and HON 2000 will be required to complete a minimum number of community service hours as part of the course outcomes.
