Little did I know when I began teaching philosophy at Aurora University (then College) in 1964 that I would become what my colleague in the Wackerlin Center calls "the great ancestor of Aurora University." I have enjoyed teaching not only philosophy but also interdisciplinary courses like "The Impact of Technology" and "Senior Colloquium." I firmly believe that asking questions of all kinds is both a joy and a duty which may explain why I have always enjoyed teaching introductory courses.
