Religion ProgramWhere do we come from? What is the purpose of life? Is there more to life than meets the eye? If questions like these excite you, then you should consider a major in religion at Aurora University.

You will learn about Christianity, the world's largest religion, but also about other religions and interfaith dialogue. You can explore the links between science and religion, and whether suffering has any meaning and purpose.

Religion majors sometimes go on to seminary or a career in teaching; however, because they are taught to think creatively and across academic disciplines, many others turn to business careers or work for non-profit or human-services organizations.

This major can be paired with many subjects — you can take a May Term course in another country, and work in an internship with a religious organization. But be warned: Religion majors at Aurora University tend to acquire a lifelong interest in exploring the rich meanings of life.
