John Barsanti was elected the chief prosecutor for Kane County in December 2004. Prior to this position he worked as a special prosecutor of appeals, in the law offices of Camic & Johnson, assistant chief of the criminal division for the Kane County State's Attorney's Office, and in the Illinois Department of Labor.
